St. Paul's Historical Church
St. Paul's is a historic downtown campus available for weddings, memorials, concerts, receptions, meetings, and community gatherings. We are glad to talk with you about whether our spaces fit what you are planning. 

Our Spaces

The Church
A historic sanctuary seating approximately 250, with Tiffany stained glass, a carved Italian marble altar, pipe organ, and tower bell. Accessible seating is available. 

The Chapel and Quire 
Smaller settings inside the Church for intimate gatherings of approximately 20 (chapel) to 40 (quire). 

The Parish Hall and Kitchen
A large hall that seats 250 for sit-down dinner, with room for dancing and other festivities, with an elevated stage, a baby grand piano, tables and chairs, and a kitchen suited to catered service. Available with or without the kitchen. 

Whitley Gallery
A flexible, private room adjoining the Parish Hall, used as a dressing and preparation room for wedding parties, a green room for performers, or a meeting space. 

The Courtyards
Two outdoor spaces, one larger shaded area adjoining the Church for receptions or wedding photos, and one enclosed space adjoining the Parish Hall, perfect for outdoor catering or setting up outdoor activities for kids. 

The East Wing
Classrooms and a conference room with kitchenette for meetings and offices. Second-floor rooms are reached by stairs only.

Parking
On-site parking at no additional charge, shared with other campus users. 

What is included
Use of the spaces you reserve, along with restrooms and parking. Tables and chairs are available when not otherwise in use.
 
What is not included
Ours is a self-hosting venue. Renters plan their event and arrange and pay for their own coordinators and vendors (catering, security, florals, other rentals), and leave the spaces clean. Parish audio and video equipment is not part of any rental. Clergy and musician fees are separate from facility charges and are arranged directly.

What we require
Every rental requires a signed use agreement approved by the Priest-in-Charge, and a certificate of insurance. Events serving alcohol require separate written approval, and when served, one licensed security guard for every 75 guests, arranged and paid for by the renter. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on campus. Some decorating materials are restricted in order to protect historic finishes, and we will go over those with you.

Worship, funerals, and parish programs have priority on the calendar.

Rates
Rates depend on the spaces, the day, and the kind of event. We will send you a written quote and a copy of our current rate schedule when you inquire.

Tell us the date you have in mind, the kind of event, and roughly how many people you expect, and we will let you know whether the campus is available and what it would cost. 

All bookings are subject to approval by the Priest-in-Charge.
